I sold my car three months ago , After two months later, I discovered that the person who got my car didn't report to DMV that I sold my car to him...I noticed that because I got two parking violation tickets by mail for the car that i sold...those two tickets are not mine at all.It is the buyers. Unfortunately , I lost the contact address for the buyer, all i have is his Cell phone number, And also, I talked to DMV that they didn't have any record for selling activity on my car...I estimate that the buyer is cheating on me. and I didn't give a call to him because I know he might not give me a real address and contact information to me so i can find him... Please help and give me advices what i can do now ........

If you have some kind of receipt you can clear this up.

In Wisconsin it is the duty of the buyer to register a car after buying it. A receipt is going to be your only real proof of the sale unless there was someone else with you that day. Did he give you a check or money order? That is proof he bought something from you and it might still have his name on it. You would have to ask the bank to retrieve a copy of it for you.

Maybe you should give the police the cell phone number and let them know the person is driving an unregistered vehicle. He can't have legal plates on it if they didn't send in the paperwork. The police should be able find out a name on the cell phone. Call the police and mention the parking tickets so they don't come after you.

He might have deliberately avoided the paperwork because he doesn't have insurance or he is hiding from police. Either way this guy is causing you grief. Don't take it, nail the creep. People like him are the reason the rest of us have to pay higher insurance premiums.

I went through the exact same thing, okay my advice is aim towards your lower back, and relax, because if you're not relaxed it makes you a lot tighter. So take the applicator grip between your middle finger and thumb and put your index finger on the tip and when your thumb and middle finger touch skin, it should be far enough. Also, read the instructions in the box because everything will be a lot less painful if you do, trust me. Make sure you push it up far or else you will feel it, and after you get it in, I know it sounds weird but try flexing a bit to make sure it doesn't feel uncomfortable. If it is uncomfortable, take it out and try again. And finally, it hurts because when the tampon is inside your vagina, it expands to absorb more blood, i.e. it comes out bigger than it went it. So it's probably going to hurt a bit. All the advice I can give on that is don't yank it out, but don't do it super slow or else you're just making the pain last longer. As an extra tip, wear a small pad or even a panty liner with the tampon, because I recently found out you can, as a matter of fact, leak through a tampon. And even through the box says you can wear them for 8 hours, you should change them more often than that.

When you sell a car anywhere I have ever lived the seller is also responsible for notifying DMV. If you did as you were supposed to do then DMV will have the record "usually" and the problem is off your shoulders. If you neglected to notify DMV of the sale, you may be liable for the tickets. You need the buyers name, etc. in order to fill out the transfer paperwork. Do make DMV aware, even if late, it could save you more tickets in the future. It will also give DMV the actual transfer date and the buyer will probably get stuck for late penalties.

Good luck,

contact the police. Tell them what happened and give them the cell phone number.

This is fraud and there are pretty stiff penalties. They can trake the person who has that cell phone number and find out who where he is.

call the police and tell them see what they say ... but I would think that the dmv would have a better answer then that one .. or get out your own secret decoder ring and find it your self ..
