For that matter, everybody should be cardful while driving.

The O negative is a rare blood group, and if in case you meet with an accident, and if you want blood for your surviva, and if you don't get one, then you may be gone. Note three if s. Life is full of if s and but s, Forget it and enjoy your life yar.

In easy words, any O negative patient is very reactive to transfusion and can actually not receive other than O negative blood. It is a question of Antigen status of the blood cell.
On the other hand, all groups can receive O neg (as it doesnt present antigens on its surface) and it is the blood of choice in emergency situations.
