No, If you have to ask this question, you must be afraid of loosing your wife. I would tell her the entire truth, even about you being turned on, for you must not be getting something with your wife, and this is probably not the first time this type of incident has happenned with the cousin....you may find out a little more history on the cousin, after revealing this issue to your wife. There are a lot of men out there, why pick your cousins husband, she needs to get a life.
BE CAREFUL...she definitely can't be trusted!!
If you do it, stay protected, for the cousin, has no morales, and would not think twice about transfer a disease to you, if she knows she has one.
