i see him at work walking on by, never spoken to him but cant get him out of my head. i think hes out of my league. shall i just forget about it?

Why on earth would you think he's out of your league ?.
Why not smile and speak to him first, say good morning etc when you next pass, if he reacts well, after a couple of days see if he wants to share lunch or coffee, something easy going like that. He may well be thinking the same thing and could be shy of approahing you, later you can laugh at it over coffee or some such.
You dont need to jump on him to get his attention and if you do then I would say hes a no go for any self respecting woman.

Why forget about it? Feel him out (or up :0) and see if he's really in your league, you'd be suprised, he might just be into you. But, you'll never know unless you try. Isn't it better to have at least tried and been rejected than to have never known.

don't forget nobody is ever out of your league no one!!! he is just a person like you. make eye contact with him then approach him, as the days go on talk everyday more and more to him, find out by colleagues if his attached then if he isn't ask him if he would like to do something or what ever you want to do. good luck

No. Talk to him. And nobody is out of anybody's "league." It's all chemistry and personal attraction. These are both so unique from person to person that it's impossible to predict.
