It is only natural for you to be nervous on a first date. You are meeting and going out with someone for the first time. You are worried about two things: 1) Will he like me? and 2) Will he hurt me physically/emotionally?. If the guy you are with is a true and honorable person, he should be undertanding of this and do everything he can to make the tensions of the first date a little more relaxed.
The best thing you can do is to relax. You probably didn't say or do anything that stupid unless you were blatantly offensive.

It happends. When I dont date in a while I get that way. Just feel comfortable with yourself and dont worry about what others "might" think about you and everything will fall into place. Besides, on the otherhand, I would kind of like it if a girl did that in front of me, because I would feel like she didnt have to be miss perfect. Dont worry about it.

Its natural thing to be nervous at the first meeting , do not feel so bad about this and forget that time and continue your life , you will feel better after few days , just relax .

practice practice practice practice.....
The more first dates you go on, the better you will get at it (just be careful, dating is fine, but if you end up hooking up with 15 guys in a month, people will say bad things about you).

yes! i was even shaking.. it was horrible, but when i get to see him.. i tried to be calm and just forget about everything and just move around not knowing that i'm doing qa lot of stupid stuff already.. weeeehee! but it was really so romantic when i went back home.. i'm in cloud9 wen i reminis!! hakhak!! :D
