Just be honest dude. If she wants a relationship & you don't, unfortunately there is no 'nice' way to tell her because it's not what she wants to hear. All you can do is try to be respectful & honest. Women can see through bullsh*t so don't try. There is no other way but do it soon. The longer you keep her hangin on, the harder it will be for both of you. And.. besides that, you are wasting her time when she could be going out with one of your friends.

tell her honestly. A female will respect you more if you be straight honest with her and not beat around the bush! Dont lead her on, or play with her emotions. A female emotions is the key to her heart...dont rub them the wrong way or it can cause TROUBLE!

you can always do what my friend does, and just pretend to not be paying attention, and then answer "yes... no... maybe" Seems to work for him, girls hate trying to have a serious conversation with him.
