Never mind I figured out it was Pennsylvania. Forgot that is where the original capital was. The state police used to be known as the Pennsylvania Constabulary....

But did you know it was Sir Robert Peele in London who created the first organized police agency? That is why the police there were called Bobby's or Bobby's Boys.
