my dog, rosy, has been trying to get sexual w/ her own daughter who is now 7 months old. Is that normal?

That is just her establishing who is dominant.
Dog world is different than human world. She is not her 'mommy' any longer and is showing pack mentality which is totally normal for a dog.
Since you are the top leader, if you do not like it, put a stop to it.

yes its normal she is damnation of the other female dog the 7 month old dog does not smell like a puppy any more.

yes its just dogs way of showing each other who is the domonit, my dogs do the same thing although it does get annoying
