Watching contender 2 how do they have the fights in front of a live crowd and not have the winner revealed?

There must be some sort of waiver each person who views the fight signs beforehand.

Also, sadly, the final two contestants of this season have been circulated about for sometime among industry folks. Last year on 'Contender: Season One', the final two was thrown around months in advance, which flat out ruins the entire show.

So in short, there must be a waiver that Mark Burnett and Co. have you sign and they hold a lawsuit over your head if you speak about who won.
