It sounds like you might be too late.
There are good reasons kids should wait until they are a little older to start dating and this is one of them. Her 21-year-old boyfriend ought to be in jail and in most states could be jailed for statutory rape.
You might be more successful if you scare him off. You really want to get her out of this relationship, pregnant or not.

Uh what the hell? Seven years older than her? That makes him a pedophile 'cause she's still a minor. If she gets pregnant then it's her own damn fault and she better be responsible about it. She shouldn't even be going out with a guy that age.

Honey she will come out of it herself. sooner or later she will realize age gap is too much. she wants different things and he different.She is still a teenager . while he is practically an adult.she sees excitement in everything while he has seen it all and now settled.sooner or later he will also want to see girls his own age. same for your sister.she will want a bf who is seeing the world in the same way as she sees.
