Were the men who asked this blind? This had to be a spectacle that people could see for quite a distance. Many people say this is prophetic, I just want to know what you would ask, or say if you saw someone you knew levitate, fly, or otherwise ascend into the sky.

There is actually more of the quote. It is "Men of Galilee, why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven" (Acts 1:11).

The two men dressed in white who asked this are thought to be angels or messengers. After all, Jesus had just told these men of Galilee (the apostles) to go and spread the word. After Jesus told them that and ascended, the apostles just stood there. True, it was a spectacle and they wouldn't really know how to react, but they now had a mission, and it wasn't to stand there, staring at the sky.

I would cry!! I just missed the first trip out of here. And now it will be hell for 7 years.

If it was one person who passed and I seen his soul move to heaven , before Jesus came I will praise God and be so happy that I will see them again in paradise

No question to ask, but to answer the question:

In awe of having seen Him,
raised from the dead,
now higher than an eagle,
yet without wings,
fly.

I'm not sure. The sheer shock of the incident might very well cause me to say nothing while I in fact reflect upon the significance of this person I know doing this.

I would feel bad. I just missed the train to heaven. I would be an outcast to society and contiously pray night and day. Or maybe, i don't know. I'd be scared outta my mind though.

Angels said those words.

It was simply God's way of saying: "Quit gawking and get busy. You have a lot of work ahead of you!"
