why is it that when you're chatting with people online, men have a tendency to be harrassing and aggressive and just won't leave you alone?

I take no for an answer. Why waste time with a girl who says no when there are plenty of nicer fish in the sea. That said thing is that when some women do say "no" they really do mean yes and in confuses some men. Other men are just psycho's and refuse to believe any woman would reject them.

The men who are chatting online rather than chatting to girls in the real (rather than online) community...are usually shy, underconfident and introverts. So they tend to come across as how they secretly fantasize themselves...strong, aggressive, macho...and take it out on the poor girls they're chatting with! My suggestion, go meet guys in person...they're more fun!

that's just how they are. they have a big testosterone and ego and when you try to tell them to stop, they think that it's not really what you want because their minds are thinking otherwise. especially knowing that you're a girl can really get them to keep doing that. dont take notice of what they say, just ignore them. its not like you'll ever meet up with any of them. if it gets worse, report it. unless you wanna tell them that you're a guy. they'll never know.

because men are pigs...well some of them...you gotta admit if you met the same guy in person, he could be some shy ugly freak....so he's just trying to get his pervertedness out in chatting, but also...think if you met the same guy in person, and he's the same way...its worst, just block em if they bug you chatting, you dont know them, so screw them they're retarded!!
