because if boys had a vagina and a girl had a penis, then boys would be girls and girls would be boys....
what a mixed up world!

boys have a penis because they have to insert the penis into girls vagina, and girls have vagina because they have to take penis into their vagina.

why boys and girls at all ? why not just boys or just girls? its a result of evolution. its natures way to keep this world going. ofcourse medical science can give you the scientific version.
