heres the thing iv always wanted my mom and step dad to divorce now i think it might happen and im starting to relise hes a good person i feel so bad is there nething i could do

You are right there is not much you can do however I would let your mother know that you have had a change of heart about your step-father. You not liking him is probably on the long list on things she could be getting ready to leave him for. I am not saying you are the main reason but I'm sure she has thought about you when it comes to him. Tell her that you see now he is a good guy and that if she needs to talk she can talk to you. Your support could really calm her down and look at things from a new perspective.

it is sad that things might not work out or your mom and step dad. i think that the best thing that you can do is to offer both of them your support. it is really something that your parents have to work out for themselves. but if they know that you love them and want them to work through it, then maybe they will try harder.

The only thing you could do is get along with both of them. Unless you are a total ***** to him, you won't be the problem. Stay out of it - this is something they have to decide for themselves.
