What is the First Commandment from God? (written 100's of years before Jesus was even born.....

" THOU SHALT HAVE NO GODS BEFORE ME. "

Why do you think this is the 1st Commandment......?

When Jesus taught people to pray why did he start with the words " OUR Father".
How can you Christians, Catholics say or act like you are God's children when you cannot even follow the 1st. Commandment.?!!
Jesus was a prophet thats all...What do you think???

I only pray to God. You are all sinners guilty of breaking the 1st Commandment of GOD !!!!!!

To even be worthy to pray to God by your standards I have to 1)Accept that Jesus died for my sins 2) Immaculate conception.
3) Jesus is the son of God.... How is this not putting a man before God, oh ya Jesus=God great point sinner..

You (by your theology) are all born in sin..

I am a child of God the same as Jesus...you are too; and do not even realize it.

Someday you may be able to take ownership of what is rightfully yours a one on one relationship with God...

Until you (Christians, Catholics) accept the truth like the Jews (who started this religion) and the Muslims that Jesus was maby a prophet no more or less the earth will remain in the dark.

I guess I better not tell you the truth about the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve.
You can not even understand the 10 Commandments.......

You have hit on the nature of the Trinity. Christians believe that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one in the same.

The trinity to me reminds me of the different "faces" or roles of God. The Father - the creator of the universe, responsible for floods and earthquakes and fires, as well as growing food and directing rivers. The Son - a more personal God that hears my prayers, providing comfort when I am in need. The Spirit - the all-seeing and knowing part of God, my "guardian angel".

But it's all one God, whether the creator, the God-as-human, or the overseeing spirit.

You definitely comply with a well coach of proposal! More accurately, I consider Man, individuals have created gods of their possess snapshot. To give an explanation for the unexplainable. This has been developed upon, it has created an enterprise of religions. God isn't human, nor a being. No being would create the universe. Solar procedures, galaxies, and many others. But to reply the query, wherein did this all begin, Man has created a god.

In the Gospels, Jesus said He was the Son of God. He said He is "One in Being with the Father". John 8:58 says- "Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was born, I Am." The name of God is "Yahweh", and "Yahweh" means "I Am".

Either Jesus is telling the truth, and He is the Son of God, or He's lying. If He's lying, then that would not make Him a prophet at all. Your claim contradicts itself. If you believe that Jesus was a prophet, then you must believe all He said to be true. Prophets don't lie. Therefore, Jesus can not be "just a prophet". He's either who He said He is, or He's a liar.

I believe He's who He says He is, because in all things Jesus told the truth.

"Jesus said unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me." -John 14:6

Read the first chapter of the Gospel of John.

Are you saying that he is speaking blasphemy??? You are a bad man because of that!! The Holy Trinity are 3 persons in 1 and that means God the father - the LORD -, God the Son - Jesus -, and God the Holy Spirit.

HAVE YOU NO FAITH??!!?!?!?!?!

I'm a Muslim convert. Although we have different ways of worshipping God, we both agree that God is God and there must never be images attributed to Him.

Peace upon you brother.

God is God. Jesus is his prophet. Jesus never claimed neither he is God nor he is His son.
If he called him Father, you have same right to do it.
