Who knows. Building muscle is more important than just losing pounds, I say. I stopped dancing for a while, never gained a pound, but none of my clothes fit anymore (probably gained an inch on my waist and chest).

Exercise to turn the fat into muscle. Tone the inches down.

For me it's like 5-8lbs for every inch .....P.S....fat CAN NEVER turn into muscle or vice-versa.
