It's pure lies. Some jerk-offs in the Midwest thought it would be really clever to start some fires around Halloween time and call it "Devil's Night" (Ooooohhhh...so scary! Yeah, right.) .....and the urban legends multiplied like rabbits from there.

Samhain is a pagan holiday unassociated with Satan/Lucifer or Christianity. Halloween has a more complicated history ... being a compilation from many sources and changed over time ... but still unrelated to "evil".

No, but some sick, twisted people torture black cats on Halloween, that's why some animal adoption centers don't let you adopt one in the month of October. Hmmmmmmmm, maybe I should draw something to say:"DON'T HURT THE KITTIES!!!"
