I put this question out there, to see if anyone knew what I have found out. They go to jail then they are sent back to the country of origen. Also, the people that hire them, are fined a big hefty fine, and then they can have thier assetts siezed by the Mexican government.

We don't get many illegal workers cause once they manage to enter Mexico they keep walking north!!! There are not enough jobs down here for mexicans (that's why they move to the States), so even less for foreigns. If they stay here and work illegaly and get caught they jus get deported!

There are Americans working illegally in Mexico. Mostly in highly touristed areas. I knew a girl who went down there legally, but then lost her job and took another illegally. She was caught, fined, and deported. She didn't kick up a fuss, though she felt the fine was totally unfair.

this has no longer something to do approximately how the governments manage the human beings, yet somewhat, how the human beings manage the human beings it is not significant if human beings have been stepping into canada; mexicans into usa; south human beings into mexico. each basically and merciful government (that's composed of the human beings which make it up) would be lenient to those wishing to pass into certainly one of those democratic and basically atmosphere. for crossing the border in basic terms does not represent a guy or woman's willingness to break the regulation, yet somewhat, their severe prefer to stay.
