Its not that im looking for "true love", but for someone to love me & that i can love, & no im not picky. Guys look at me & flirt but it never goes anywhere. I always become the friend & im not sure why, cuz I always flirt back & smile.

Stop looking, love is at you door. Start to love yourself and people will feel the love of you. Be open, you never know who is in love with you, if you don't know how to love your self. People come and go daily in your life, but there's someone waiting on you to let them in. The answer is be patience, he's there!

Ahh the elusive search for "true love". Things that could be getting in your way include, your age, goals in life, and the kind of person you may be looking for. Give it time, that's the best answer right there. It took me about 14 years to find, meet, and fall in love with my wife so feel free to use that as a sort of guideline. Then be sure to calculate with a +-3 years or so and you may have found the right timeframe for you...

True Love is in the eye of the beholder. What sort of "bar" did you set for yourself for it to be considered "true love"? From the sounds of it, you watch/read a lot and have a very specific romantic idea in mind.
There are others out there that share the same ideas. Just start hanging out where they hang out. Even if it's not "true love", at least you will get to experience LOVE at all.

p.s. I LOVE the answers from the dudes that say "It's cause you haven't met me yet, baby!". AWESOME.

I'm sure you'll find someone... Alotta ppl can't find that special someone untill later years... so don't worry about it... just go with the flow and enjoy life... don't obsess about not having a BF/GF right now... it's not worth it... (stressin') ... you have friends and that's all you should need to keep happy. Yes a significant other is great to have ... but it's not everything... just like money ain't everything yet everyone still wants it.

You just need to keep trying to connect with people. It's not so much finding true love but finding someone that you don't want to kill in the morning.

True love is as hard to find as the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
