Does anyone one know where you can get flavourings or essences for water, Like the ones they use in the sports waters to make them taste like lime or orange etc.. Not after cordial though as these are high in sugar.. but the sports waters seem to use something that is very low in sugar & calories But completly put a new taste to the water??

Don't use flavorings. Use slices of real fresh fruit. Sliced lemons, limes, gratefruit or oranges in water is great. You can make this ahead of time. Put a large pitcher of water with the fruit slices in the refrigerator. It only takes a few minutes for it to take on the taste of the fruit. You can fill your own bottles as you need it. I've never tried fruits other than citrus, but I'm sure you could.

I think some sports drinks use sugar substitue like Splenda or Equal to sweeten the drinks.

it is how you spell flavoured if you are Australian...

I'm not sure where you would get those from but i like to put some lemon juice in mine, just takes away that "water" taste. :)
