So many people came and said Buddhism is the most logical religion. Why? Buddhism fundamentally denies the significance of your subjective experience and nullifies any meaning in life.

They want a sort of neutral ground to avoid fallout from other religious debates.

I really don't know.

It's logical because it is the study of ones mind and consciousness (through meditation and actions). It is not based on old fables, a vengeful God and some 'divine' teacher. Excuse my bluntness there. I highly respect Christians, and I realize many do not believe those things, but you're requesting logic and those are examples of key Christian beliefs that to anyone not indoctrinated are not logical.

If you are truly interested in Buddhism you should do a search on the Dali Lama.

Here's an interview I found. It's good because it gives you an idea of what the practice is.

You have to transcend to fully understand the principles of Buddhism. Denial of your earthly desires do not mean nullifying the meaning of life. Its is logical because Buddha was a practical man who believes that living a simple life makes you a greater person because by then, you have conquered the material world. Your earthly desires cause your miseries.

lol i agree, what a strange conlusion. It's a very passive religion. one could almost call it "lazy"
Thailand is an officially Buddhist nation, as are a lot of third world contires. Strange, isn't it? But democracratic nations, specifically those in N America, built on Christian foundations, are regarded as the most powerful and upright countries in the world? so why would anybody want their society to be built on buddhism?

Why do you shame yourself like this. Go back and reread the question and the answers and quit putting words into other peoples mouths. most of the answers were from Xtians like you and we know how illogical that pure faith cult is.
