What is your thought on love? not just... Oh it sucks, tell me why or why not you like it, Give me detail.....

I'm just really curiose on how you people can sit there and say love... and then sleep with another man or woman (or both -.-) who you can look a peoson in the eye's, what exactly is love to you? I mean Here I am 17, and no love life yet... I know more on how to treat my boy better then anyone else? is it just me who thinks this? I mean really...

There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......

(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Hmm that is not an easy question, especially coming from me..lol I married a man who I didn't love, leaving the love of my life to do it. I was scared of love because I had never had that kind of love before. I didn't know what it meant and it scared the crap out of me ,because I didn't know why he would love me. I believe in true love because the man that I left, he loved me enough to forgive me, and after I got a divorce from my first husband he was there for me, we have been married for 6 years now and I couldn't be more in love.

love and sex is completely different,though ppl interrelate or get confused with these terms.There can be love without sex and sex without love.It depends on how you are with a person in a relationship.
