well it really depends on the setting. if you are in a bar try the old, "can i buy you a drink" line. as long as you dont act like a pig about it you may get her to talk to you. i know that i like when a guy looks at me from across the room (not like stalker looking) and we make eye contact. when that happens, just smile. its cute and it gives an opening for her to smile back or roll her eyes and turn around. after that you know whether you have an in or not. if you do that then you dont have to worry about going up to her and being regected. just be yourself, and be confident, thats hot.also, wear some good cologne, thats always sexy. good luck!!

my husband actually got me to leave the guy i was dating at the time with his confidence (but not overconfidence) and sense of humor. and he paid attention to me. we worked together so he got to flirt almost everyday, but i really think those are two major things women look for... and that you can use as an advantage to flirt. ...and yes, if you are being a smartass with it, sometimes those stupid old oneliners work to get a woman to talk to you (not at a bar though!)

depends on how old u r. im 14 and i like funny guys. the guy i like rubbed my back for no reason, smiled and blushed when he saw me and our eyes met, payed a lot of attention to me, was really really funny, and was really really sweet. he was everything i like. + if u r a good lookin guy that can only help. just follow ur instincts and dont follow the head thats below the belt...follow the head on ur shoulders and of course ur heart. hope this helps. if u want u can IM me.

Play eye contact games, catch her looking you, stare at her from time to time and as soon as she notices you looking at her look away, when you both make eye contact from time to time give a gentle smile n look away, etc etc its fun...works
