Sauted mushrooms (brown ones, not white). Cook the steak medium rare. Mashed potatoes or chips and broccoli or cabbage.
A bottle of red wine - something like a Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz would probably be best - Australian or Chilean would be fine. Pour some over the steak a few minutes before it's finished cooking.
Also, soft music, candles and girl of your choice!

Mashed potatoe with chopped scallions, Fresh mushrooms.
Spread seeded mustard on the steak then cook for about 1 minute on each side (Eye Fillet is the best and most tender cut of steak) Wash it down with a nice bottle of red wine.
