Why is it that so many girls act like they are in love with you?
Why are they so materialistic and fake?
OMG i feel like i am suffocating in my school with these girls...
When i go back to school, is it mean to just brush em off and not really pay attention to them???

I feel like clapping for that statement right there. high school IS so extremely fake. there's practically nothing most people won't do to become popular in high school, even if it means sacrificng their own dignity and morality. even if it means brushing off people they used to consider their friends. even if it means paying thousands on clothes and whatnot and it's pathetic because that's not the way the world is or should be for that matter. If you don't feel comfortable around them, just slowly stop hanging around them. You don't have to be mean to them or anything but I think that if you back away, they'll eventually get the hint and leave you alone.

Some Girls and Guys feel like they have to uphold a certain image of themselves and if they don't they won't be cool. So they fake an image, just to get people's attention. When they act like they are in love with youl, it is only to gain your affection and get more attention.
They are so "materialistic and fake" because of that stupid "image" they have to keep.
I felt the same way. That's why I mainly hung around guys and had friends that felt the same way that you and I do.
You could brush them off and not pay attention to them. Or you could let them know how fake they are... and just give them your opinion. Let them know why or they will keep bugging you. And who knows... maybe after you tell them... they will be REAL with you.

So long as there is hype about being "perfect" and the cheerleader complex exists, there are going to be girls who think they are worth anyone's time. Honey, I promise they are not worth yours, that is if you pride yourself on being original and not superficial. Brush em off! If they are not your "friends" (the ones you can tell anything) then it won't bother you if they think you are a "be-och" and you have the luxury of sleeping well at night not worrying about "what is Jessica going to wear tomorrow" or "Should I go tanning with Erica on Wednesday" or "If I sleep with Brock, will everyone think I am easy?" Who cares, in just a short time you will be out of school and can get away from people like that. Just be yourself girl, "REAL" people find originality sexier than tan skin, hair, makeup, fake nails boobs and noses. I promise.

You got it! Just don't pay attention to them. In high school, I never look at anybody just a book worm. You will end up far advance then most of them anyway, that's the bright side. You are no faker than they are. Just go on what you were doing and you are doing fine. Who care if a guy picks his noise, I mean it a ugly sight. So what! Just be yourself.

I totally understand that. That's why i hate girls. Guys are so much more easy going. Just know who your real friends are and never give a s*** about those girls opinions. Life is too short. I only hang out with a few of my close girlfriends. All the others can talk all the crap they want none of it affects me. Just blow them off. They're not worth your time or energy.

Yeah, it might be mean. But worth it. Brush off the fake ones, and don't pretend to be their friends. That will only make you fake too. Not everyone is fake-- if you brush off the fake people, you'll see it's easier to find the people who are genuine.

LOL, you look pretty face your self. You must think your so smart posting this question hoping they will read it and get the hint.
But to answer your question its cuz they want what you have. Any one that hangs where you hang is being used to get some where, and even we at the bottom are being used but at lest we have an excuse. E-Z way to get them off your back is not have it any more. That means making your self less like you are now. Less cool.
My advise. Do whatever makes you happy crash and burn and repeat.

First its hormones cant do anything about them. Second they are trying to find out who the are and where they fit in. Be nice but only pay attention to the ones who know you and like you for you. Otherwise well ignore them.

Nah, if you don't wanna deal with the drama just stay away from it. Most people in general are materialistic. But no it isn't mean to do that.
