Tricky situation. You first need to ask your cousin how she feels about the guy and if she will have a problem you and him going out. I do not think it would be fair to both of you, if you start an argument based on this guy. After your cousin acceptance, you need to go and talk to the guy if the like has grown or does he just view you as a friend. When you finally look at him and feel peace and calm and contentment, then you will know that it is love.

ok..i will try to help you here...if he has a better connection with your cousin and when she is around and he ignores you or does more for her then he really totally likes her..but he may like you too...try and talk to him and tell him how you feel ok...dont be ashamed or anything just let it all out girl...and oh yea this isnt curtis this is his sister so dont feel weird or anything...
