Every guy has a different opinion and preference when it comes to hair. Just look at the other answers...
What works for one guy may not really be a turn-on for another (After all, if all the other boys liked it, but that one special guy’s opinion you really cared for didn’t, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of doing your hair one way or another don’t you think?) so asking a random set of boys what works for each of them is probably not the best of ideas…
But I couldn’t expect you to do any better, I mean, being dorky is just a natural byproduct of being blonde right? ;o)
But before you punch a hole in the monitor, FYI:
Hair color is usually irrelevant to us guys. Yea, we might say, "I only like brunettes, or blondes" but that's usually true only until the day that red-headed bombshell enters the scene...
Its not hair color, its HOW you wear it that determines if you receive a full turn of a guy’s head when you walk into the room or a slight to no glance at all.
You asked proper hair length and that depends on:
Her height
Her face shape (heart, diamond, oval, etc)
Her body shape (fit, pear, sumo-sized, etc)
As you can see, there are so many possible combos considering those factors that asking a hair stylist is your best bet for sound advice.
Most importantly, YOU need to like and feel beautiful in your hair...
...because a confident girl with decent hair is always more attractive than a low self-esteem girl with impeccable hair.

A blonde with long hair, short hair's for soccer moms. Pretty eyes and a beautiful smile help to get my attention.

It is so easy to talk about something but it is very difficult to put it into practise, the reason being that we lost the practise since many past births! We are so caught peeping through 'other people's' windows, and criticising 'others' with statements such as: 'that person is bad', or 'that person is a cheater', 'that person is a liar', 'that person is of bad character', and this list is endless. Some ignorant people go to the extent to make profound statements such as: 'I can recognise the color of a flying bird' or 'I know the history of that person's seven generations'. This goes to show that such ignorant people have closed the doors of knowing their 'own' selves and got busy in gossipping about the 'other' or 'others'. This goes to show that we seem to have stopped loving and worrying about 'ourselves', and on the contrary we have got busy indulging in finding the shortcomings of 'others'.
Such ignorant people who are busy in digging the short comings of 'others' feel that they are far better and superior than those they criticise and that the latter are 'bad' whereas they are 'good'. By blacklisting 'other' people, it does not make our face shine 'bright'. It is believed that such an ignorant soul is trapped for countless births in playing such a deceptive game, and the soul's energy is spent in digging the shortcomings of 'others'.
Where does a person have the time to examine oneself? Hence such a person keeps on stumbling on the path of life and carries on blaming the 'other' with criticisms. Such criticisms are a mere reflection of the person who makes these criticisms.

Definitely the truth is mosta guys love long haired girlys, they giv a more feminine touch and long hair indeed look more comforting n beautiful,in d same way ull find mosta gals love short haired guys ..see fellas this is natural n basically very true.
2 b more precise, its long straight hair which r a big turn on 4 guys...all d frens i know die 4 long haired girlys. cheers!

Actually, I'm looking a little further south at the size of the rack... long hair is nice but I'll take the big rack and short hair anyday!
