section him off to one part of the house so it will be impossible for him to escape out of the house. when he goes on walks mussle him. take him to obedience classes- Petsmart or Petco are great places

Oohhh sounds like my cattle dog. All normal and lovely and then when he used to get out (not anymore though) He would terrorize people walking and bail people up Kids/old people.
The thing is he was always socialized and stuff it's when he was out and about on his own he was a rouge!!!

I caught him heaps of times and yelled at him. But I still wouldn't trust him..2 years on I wouldn't trust him..

I take him for runs and stuff and he's fine with people (when I'm with him). It's just how he is, and he's never been bashed, hurt or anything...??

My answer Probably didn't help lol!!!! but there's my little story. We got a german Shepherd aswell and he's harmless as?? Must just be his character?

Goodness! My pembroke corgi does the same thing! I can only take her on walks if there's no other dogs around. Her mom was mean so they put her to sleep. She's gotten better over the years... I don't know how though. I really hope that you find the answer you're looking for.

don't yell at him it makes him think that you are upset at the sight of another person or stranger keep him on a leash that you can handle him on if leashes are a problem then gradually teach him to be friends with it don't pul but walk alongside him maybe coax with a snack to get him going if he doesn't understand that you want him to move forward with you if he barks at or starts to run after someone gently turn his head and calmly say it's alright and eventually work on introducing him to people you trust and maybe let a trustee walk him a short bit if they know the rules
