ME. I like to thaw, then rinse with water. I dip in beaten eggs, and dip in seasoned italian breadbcrumbs that have a bit of flour, as well as parmasian cheese added to it. I fry until golden brown and top with fried onions......MMMMM...Good!

Only if the liver is sliced very thin and fried with onions and olive oil.

M yes yum if the liver has been soaked for awhile and you use alot of barbecue sauce or something to make it a bit wetter. Hmm i wonder what Liver would taste like cooked in a slow cooker?

MEEE I love liver and onions beef liver is good but deer liver is the best have ya ever tried deer liver it is 10 times better than any other liver ive ate.

i love smothered liver and onions and gravy. I found out the hard way that everybody can,t cook it . So i had a chef from new Orleans to teach me how just in case i was doing it wrong. Did you know you soak the liver in milk makes them tender.

Ur thinkin of Doug!!! I know u r. I loved that show, wish Nick would play it again along with all the other GREAT shows. But instead they play this crap like Zoey 101, and drake and josh.
