Sit down in a quiet place and talk to Him. He is right there next to you all the time. Pray to Him honestly and deeply. Tell Him everything you can think of. You will find that you can tell God things that you feel you can't tell anyone else. You will find that He is always there, ready and waiting, always ready to listen, and always ready to help. He is always ready to love you, forgive you, and give you peace and joy when nothing else will. He is the best friend you could ever have, and the warmest Father you could ever know. He loves you that much.

Talk to Him and talk to Him often.

God bless.

Praying and speaking with God are the same thing. Often times people have tried to make prayer a more formal entity, done with certain words or in a certain place but this is not scriptural.
When you pray, don't use meaningless repetition, present your requests to God and expect a reply, He promises to give it. The key is, you have to be listening and ready to recieve whatever His reply may be. The reply is often times not what you would expect. These times of pray need to be consistent, i.e. each morning or evening, read the word, present your issues to people with Godly wisdom and then be patient. Part of the process is learning to trust, God will never fail you, I guarentee it, He's never failed me.

Find a place where you can sit by yourself and in quiet, then open your heart and talk to god. If you direct what you are saying to him then he shall hear. but be sure your heart is with each of your words, otherwise the prayer/talk has no true meaning

You're obviously suffering from a common mental illness, perhaps you should seek a different type of counsel first. There is help available if you make the effort.

that part it completely up to you. he's waitng! "knock, and the door will open, seek and you shall find" it takes some work. I find it's easier to talk with jesus, like a 2 way conversation, during times of worship, at church.

God spoke to Moses directly, and he,Moses wasn't satisfied. Moses was reported to have stated,"Oh my Lord! Permit me to look upon Thee with mine own eyes, not that I don't believe in Thee, but that it may increase me in faith!" God states that He said to Moses,"Oh Moses !I allow no person to look upon Me,but I will reveal something of Myself to the mountain, and if the mountain remains firm, I will appear behind it.So God revealed "something of His Self to the mountain, and the mountain began to crumble as it witnessed it's Lord, and Moses passed out as he witnessed the crumbling of the mountain. So seek God's help with patience, perseverance and prayer,God loves those who persevere!
