i put my baby on both her tummy and back at that age. As long as you only have 1 blanket in her crib you will be fine. My little one was, and my mum did it with me too

If she's capable of rolling already, then you shouldn't worry as much. If you give her a pacifier while she's sleeping (if she'll take one), that will help keep her airways open even if she accidentally rolls onto her stomach.
Just to let you know, my youngest daughter was rolling before we left the hospital and my oldest son was rolling the night he was born! All four of my children were belly sleepers (no matter how I tried to put them on their backs) and are just fine.
Good luck!

DON'T USE PILLOWS!!! If she rolls over into them she might not be able to roll back, and then she might suffocate. For my grandson we used the sleep positioners and they worked great..they are placed along the babies sides and not at the head/neck area. You can get them at Babies r Us or Target, they are fairly inexpensive.
We also have monitors on at night in our bedroom so we can hear him if he has a problem.

try rolling some of her small blankets up in tight rolls and placing them under her sides, this way she can't roll over. Just block her up on both sides. She will get where she won't even try.
Congrats on the baby, and good luck

No, you do no longer would desire to be that apprehensive. At 3 months she will raise her head and administration her little physique especially plenty. the main considered necessary ingredient is to in basic terms get all those plush and delicate products out of the crib. No blankets, pillows, filled animals, toys....merely the sheet on the mattress and a bumper guard that's fairly securely related to the crib rails!! proceed to place her down on her decrease back.....yet do no longer difficulty if she flips to abdomen. especially quickly she'll in all probability initiate napping together with her butt interior the air after which you will merely would desire to hold out your digital camera to seize those beautiful sleep positions!! have relaxing.....and pass get some sleep!

Bakc to sleep is the golden rule! You might want to get her a "wedge" to sleep with. It like 2 foam blocks with a cloth strip in the middle to "hold" babies in the position you put them to sleep in and keeps them from rolling over; I used one for my daughter and every morning when I woke and went to check on her, she was still on her back.

put some nice pillows at her side...., but dont get worried too much about she not breathing on her stomach, talk to the doctor, and if her lungs are ok, it shouldnt bee that big a problem, but again i know a lot of mums, who do it with the pillows..

Try rolling up blankets and placing them on each side of your baby. Pillows on each side will work too if they are small enough.

You can place one pillow each to her right and left side.
But your fear that when on her belly she will not be able to breath, is I think incorrect. That will be the situation when our forehead is squarely placed on pillow. You will agree that when we sleep on our belly we sleep with face to one side, i.e. we place our ear on pillow and not our nose.

get sleep positioners... its like pillow formed in a wedge shape. tuck it in baby's side, and it's velcro too so it wont slip/slide when baby tries to roll.
on another note, exercise baby's neck/back muscles early on. rub on those neck and back muscles while baby;s on your lap.
