In health food stores have some that are just ground peanuts. Not bad for health but refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup is worst thing for health so don't get ones containing that. See this site to see which foods are healthy and which are not. Become familiar with your local health food store for healthier foods.

People are so dumb. Yes, its fattening. But, its GOOD fat. I don't even feel like explaining. But, peanut butter is good for you. Plus, take heed to what the person said about health food stores. If you wanna eat pb...go organic.
