Yes, all denominations in our area have gone together to run a donation facility called Share and Care. People donate to it as they choose and each denominations contributes to the financial means of keeping it staffed and running. It is a joint effort and has been going on now for about 10 years. This is the largest joint effort. There is also a free medical mission for those who do not qualify for medicaid, but do not have insurance - various Christian doctors donate a portion of time each week and the pharmacies donate the RX they write out and their are counselors who provide the needed psychological assistance that is needed for those who have specific mental health issues. For a town of 12,000, these are two very large and very organized outreach programs. In addition to that, many local faith groups do very individual outreach ministries on much smaller scales.

Yes our church goes out every week to bad neighborhoods and brings food and prayer and a offer to come to church.
We have Operation Homeward Bound to help feed the homeless and bring them blankets and hygiene supplies.
We visit local Convalescent Hospitals to spend time with the elderly people who have no one to visit them.
Our church food bank feeds over half a million people every year.
We also have other ministries but I cant think of all them right now.

Our local neo-pagan community make donations to food banks, clothing banks, homeless shelters, and pet shelters. We adopt highways (pick up litter), volunteer for cleaning up alleys, recycle and donate the proceeds to charity and we have clergy who do counseling and prison ministry. Many of us also volunteer our time for larger organizations like the Red Cross and The United Way.
