This could be an anxiety disorder, most likely Generalized Anxiety disorder (GAD). Although the symptoms usually become obvious during childhood or adolescence, it can also occur during adulthood. It seems as though you have some of the physical and mental symptoms of the disorder, such as realizing that your anxiety is innapropriate (mental), and having nausea (physical). You should read this whole page: http://www.cureresearch.com/g/generalized_anxiety_disorder/symptoms.htm and see if you can identify with some of the other symptoms. Your best bet is to see a psychologist, though. Best of luck to you.

It could be an anxiety disorder...which can include panic attacks and things like that. Going back to school or work can be stressful things and can bring these on. I would definitley see or talk to a doctor about this to find the best solution for you. You can look more into it with the website below, but again everyone is different and since I don't know all about you, seeing a professional would probably help you out a lot more. Good luck!

No, this isn't weird. Something is worrying you. You need to figure out what it is, and not be ashamed of your worries. Even if they soun ridiculous when you speak them loud out. You might want to see a professional, so that he/she can address it properly.

No, it isn't weird. It happens to normal people, just like a flu happens to normal people.
