Ok i really liked this guy and i thought he liked me too he stared at me all the time, waited for me after class, and before school but he never said one word to me just stared. I write him a note told my friend to give it to him in the note i told him how i felt for him he tells my friend i'm cute but dosen't want a girlfriend after that he still continued to do the same things.

Personally, I think he likes you and is either too shy to ask you out or forbidden by his parents to have a girlfriend. He might think you'd never like him because he has low self-esteem. If I were you, I'd go and talk to him instead of giving him a note. Just talk to him like you would talk to any of your other friends. I don't think he's psycho, but I do think he suffers from low self-esteem or depression. You like him, so it should be worthwhile. You can't have too many friends, you know. He doesn't sound like anyone that would get you into trouble. Keep your eyes open for suspicious changes in his behavior, though, because there are lots of psychos out there. Good luck!

First off, when a guy acts like that, it's not weird, it's a very regular thing in life, most guys do it, and it's not because they like to play with the emotions of females. Most guys are actually afraid of rejection, as he probably is, so he was just in an internal struggle with his hormones and his inner wussie, so please give him a little slack. As for the note part, he's probably still afraid that he won't be all you want or deserve, so just be easy with him and let him gain some confidence of his own, it'll help a lot.

Playing with emotions isn't always intentional, some people are just flirts. I'm not defending the guy, I'm just saying. It is also a possibility he was too shy to say something and it scared him off. Or maybe it is a "look but don't touch thing," but don't worry, you'll find someone else. And for the record, girls do it too.

I don't think he's playing with your emotions. You're the one who has feelings for him, and all he's done is looked your way. When he rejects you, you get mad at him. Well it is his RIGHT to not want a girlfriend. Stop being so pushy.

Whoa. This guy is psycho. Either he's just messing with you or he can't function in society. Next time, use these:
"Do you have a staring problem?"
"Take a picture, it'll last longer."

this is wat u do ..... find sum oneelse and dont waste your time on him .. wen he c u with that otha person then he will be like well i didnt want a girlfriend now ..and now she dont want me .. he will fell so bad that he did that
