i need to know thz it for my family member she needs to know

I did this with a tooth when I was around 10 or 11. My dentist showed me where to push on the tooth to get it to grow down instead of out of my gum. I remember doing it everyday and getting a callous on my thumb but it did work eventually.

If there is adequate room for the tooth or teeth to move into, yes. It's not very controlled, but frequent application of force against a tooth will cause it to move. I've used this technique to help patients correct anterior crossbites using a popsicle stick at home.

I know my late father-in-law told me when he was young he had a bad over bite . He started using the ball of his hand to push them back and it worked. Actually, they ended up pushed back a little too far.
