There is a costless way you can help your hair to grow. It may sound simple, but it does help. I am a hairstylist and have been for over 14 years.I only tell you that , so you will know I'm not blowing smoke.
Your hair is feed by your blood...The best thing you can do is feed your hair...You do this by simply massaging your scalp. Like while shampooing and brushing your hair. I also recommend you use a natural fiber brush. Those brushes are good for moving your natural oils to the ends of your hair. Which will make your ends of your hair stronger. Never use any brush on wet hair. Will damage your hair.
Perhaps that was too much information, but I hope it helps you.

You can have what you were not born with. Don't wish you had another type of hair. If your parents didn't have long, thick hair, neither will you. Love your hair, stop trying to be something you are not. You are beautiful the way way you are.
Ask your hairdresser to straighten your hair. Long thick, hair is very difficult to comb and manage, manager.

the hair of the descendants of Africa, have been favored with a quality of hair that was very beneficial for tropical weather. It's tight curl allows the owner to work unhampered by high heat when laboring outside.Because of the structure of the curl,it keeps the brain cool, like the way a radiator circulates coolant throughout the engine. One of the Names of God, that describes Him Perfectly is that He is "As-Salaam",the Source of Peace, for verily nothing disturbs Him,whereas we are very disturbed over almost anything. So the knowledge of our Lord aids us in so many beneficial ways.

Try taking Prenatal vitamins, you can get them over the counter at any drug store. Many women find that they make their hair and nails grow.
Salons now do a permanant chemical straightening, it is expensive but it's permanant! Naomi Cambell does it, that's how many African-American models and actress' get such great hair.
Good luck!

Trim it very frequently, don't relax it so much, and don't put heat to it. Your hair may not be 'white' hair, but you can make it nice and managable if only you take care of it. To keep my hair managable I like to wrap it.
