So, my ex and I broke up a couple days ago and I'm pissing away the night on Yahoo! Answers instead of calling her like I said I would. Why is that?

Because you're afraid you'll say the wrong thing and drive her even further away. And what's even worse, is that it's that very fear that could make the likelihood of your saying the wrong thing a reality. You need to call her, but you need to find a way to relax before you do so. That way, the conversation will atleast go smoother, and you can atleast find some consolation in the fact that you tried even though your efforts may not be successful in winning her back.

because you are tired of the crap you put each other through and you dont really want her back or want to fix anything.
its ok... maybe you just need your space. we all need to be alone sometimes. we all need to think things through.
