Not automatically, but cheat once and you are more likely to cheat again. But it could be a one time thing. guess it depends on the situation.

Of course there is no doubt about it! And the sad thing is he may never cheat again but he have already broke the trust so the girl wil always think he is cheating or thinking about cheating!

There is no way to know for sure! It all depends on how STUPID he is. If you make his life complete he has no need to stray. If you put your heart and soul into the relationship and he cheats he is no more than the whore he laid up with.
