send them an IM and if they respond then hey, they are online.

Just send a message if youknow they are typically invisible. If you are relying on yahoo pages status showing then thats entirely not reliable.

if your online when they come on it will show them come online then offline thier is a messenger that shows if thier realy on line but i dont know were to get it the site that had it is no longer up the mesenger was called yahoo dark
