Okay im 15, and im an athlete, and was wondering how much alcohol i can drink every week before it starts hurting my body, such as heart and liver, and i know im kinda young or should i just try every other week

I honestly think you should wait about drinking until your at least 18 because your brain is still developing. If you really want to drink, then just have a couple of glasses of wine a week because wine is known to be good for your heart. But I will tell you that the younger you start drinking, the more likely you will become an alcholic in life and girls do not like guys to drink. You will be getting your license soon, don't hang around with people that want to drink and party, find the closest youth group at your church that you can find and just have some fun dancing and hanging out with all the girls.

any will hurt, the more you use the more it will hurt. The liver will be ready to digest alcohol. For athletes, you need it ready to digest lactic acid. The more alcohol you put in your body, the harder/slower it is to get rid of the lactic acid you make when you excercise. If you don't drink your liver will be going 100% lactic acid.

why would you drink at all if you are an athlete?
It will start hurting your body right away.
don't put anything in to the machine that could alter your performance.
