Why would you want to "let him go"? What would that help? Try just being friends with him. If he wants to be more, there's a fire to be lit. But you have the choice to be with him or not, so if you think he's the one for you, then go with him, otherwise, ask how he feels about your thoughts. Don't give him signs. Guys don't see them very well...

Well did you ever like him the first place? If you did, remember why and is he still that person? If you have lost interest and its permanent then be honest. Its the best policy.

Be honest.. Why did you hooked up with him int he first place when you are not yet decided? Staying together longer would hurt both of you.. Tell him what you really feel and be over and done with it..

You should never "play games" with people. Would you want that done to you? If you don't like him, ask yourself why. If it is a valid reason, you should tell him your feeling have changed, you are sorry and want to be just friends.

You can't force yourself to care/love someone. You're lying to him and yourself by being with him when you don't want to. You should strive to love & be loved in your relationships. And if you don't see that happening, leave, and look at starting a relationship where you will.

What'd he do? It depends on the situation. If he cheated, hurt you in anyway, something serious...kick him to the curb. If it's something petty and you may know that it's stupid...just talk to him about it and figure it out.
