I am just curious of the calorie content in approximately 1 cup of egg drop soup. I know the sodium is probably high.

Not only is the sodium content high you also have to make that the restaurant does not use MSG's as this can cause water retention and bloating. The calorie content is fairly low because most eggdrop soup is made with chicken broth, a small amount of egg and vegetables so the calorie and fat content is low. Hope this helps.

I don't know the actual calorie count, but i know that Weight Watchers considers egg drop soup 1 pt. which is very low. Good Luck to you!!
