Put some protective product on your hair to protect before you straighten it. Also lower the heat on your straightner. Make sure it is a real ceramic straightner.

You need to stop straightening it or it's going to be all fried. Try putting it on a lower setting if you have to straighten it. If you have time and money, go to a salon and see if they have any products that will help with heat similar to what Thermasilk is supposed to do.

if you are going to straighten it everyday anyway, why not go to a salon and get it relaxed that is what i do and my once curly hair stays straight and healthy for about six months without the damage of a flat iron relaxing is also really good for frizz prone hair relaxing isnt just for women of color anymore

you need to either get a haircut or stop straightening it you are pretty much frying your hair at the moment. if you straighten it that might want to consider permanently straightening it it will be much better for your hair!

whats the question? yes it breaks because straightening your hair is bad for it but what the hell i do it anyway. certain colors tend to show more breakage but since mines blonde you cant see it as much. if your going for healthy hair, the obvious answer is to not straighten it.
