Add at least 2 days of weight lifting, especially for the under arms. I use 5lbs. I do mine MWF and for the sag that may come on your thighs, I jump rope about 30 minutes on T & TH. THis takes a lot of work. But after travellign the world for 6 months, I gained about 15 pounds. As I lost the weight, I got the fat underarm and the saggy thighs. My dad's in the military, so a trainer here gave me the work out to do. This is all I do, I also took Stackers because of my energy level. I got really sick while vacationing in Mexico and that helped me to continue to work out and not become sedentary and gain any extra pounds. Good luck!!!

Eat the right foods with the right amounts of nutrients, and maybe take a vitamin. Don't lose the weight too fast, the main cause of saggy skin. It needs time to "unstretch" itself. Use a moisturizer daily and sunscreen.
