I was born in the international wonderland of Vancouver, Canada and now live in Mexico City so of course the very best food is Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and so on......
But my all time favorite is my very own Punjabi Rogan Joosh, Moglai style. This is a red curry dish of beef or lamb cooked very slowly with yogurt or sour cream added at the end with roasted almond powder. You serve that over a nice clean Basmati rice with some roasted cumin and chili potatoes and you will never be the same again.
So I guess my final answer would have to be: Indian food, Punjab style!

Of the three you listed, I'd have to go with Italian. Food is like a religion over there, and is an integral part of La Dolce Vita, the sweet life which is like this national philosophy.
My particular favorite is Fettucine Seafood Alfredo, with shrimp, scallops, and carb meat.

Awwww..why must we chose???!! There are so many good dishes in all the nationalities you've listed....and more! Of the three you have listed, I think I would have to go with Chinese right now....shrimp makes the difference! There is a lot more shrimp in Chinese food than the others!

Italian- pizza, spaghetti, pasta, etc. basically good carbs.
Chinese-peanut oil bad for you.
French- snails are gross.
Italian food is the best in the world. Who doesn't like a little sauce and cheese? hhhmmmm!

My mom actually makes the best food. But of those choices, I would say Chinese. So good!
