If you have a serious relationship, one where you grow to care, even love someone, then that doesn't stop just because you've broken up. And know matter what they do, what horrible thing they've done, those feelings do not go away. The head and the heart are not connected when it comes to relationships. You always want your ex to be happy, maybe even happy with you. But the thing that stops you getting back together, is the hurt. The pain. A broken heart can take a long time to heel. And after someone has broken your heart, it's very hard to let them back in. There will always be a place for them, but its' the old "once bitten, twice shy".
But if the pain, the hurt can be overcome, or not dwelled on, then there is hope for a future relationship.

The idea that we were not good enough to have a relationship with. And yeah, if you date the best friend, your are wrong on soo many levels. I would automatically assume you have been fooling around behind my back from the start. I would hate him and you alike. Thank god I have better friends than that. I want ex's back mostly because I miss the small things. without those, I could be with anyone and be happy.

What makes a guy want his ex back is the maturity between the time apart. After experiencing someone new you realize that the grass was always greener on the other side. It's fresh start with someone who really knows you and understand what bottoms to push/ not to push. It really has nothing to do with another guy in the equation. Time heal all wounds.

I dont know...I never wanted an ex back....I figure if the relationship was bad enough to break up....then its always gonna be bad.
Some guys....just cant handle the idea of someone else....enjoying what he's not....Theres the old story about the old boyfriend asking the new boyfriend how he liked getting that "OLD" stuff.....the new boyfriend just smiles and says...it aint half bad once you get past the used part.

their the one the only one . the friend is the problem see how many relationships get bad and tell me what % of women go for the knockout punch when they are pissed .the friend should have tried to talk them some sence on the subject. but check this out

When I throw the garbage out, I don't take it back!! Sorry, that wasn't meant to be rude! What i mean was when I decide to end a relationship, it stays that way.Life is too short for you to keep looking back! I just move on. luv ya too, ...I guess.

Seriously though... Just leave him alone there's plenty of fish in the sea. doing things on purpose to make him jealous or to get him to take notice in you again is childish. I say just do your best in getting over him and find yourself someone who would never leave you.

when i realize that losing her was a mistake cuz love's still in the equation. jealousy shouldnt be an issue, though it usually is with a lotta dudes. but i mean if you go your separate ways & realize there can be no other girl for you, ur gonna want her back right?
