3. run or walk 2 miles a day

i'm going to second the walking thing.
i used to live in Brooklyn and i stayed fit just by walking to everywhere i go, rather than drive there. if you work out to a point where walking few miles would be too much for you, i'd advise that you take abit of the other workouts out and try walking.
it might end up helping you lose weight faster, although you won't gain muscle by it.

Cereal (not sugar puffs!) , and exercise, STAY AWAY from the scale. When dieting you weight will change off and on. Just do your best, and don't beat yourself up for a bad day now and then

Walk for an hour a day and cut back on the carbs and sweets. My buddy lost fifty pounds doing that.

its best to eat breakfast, lunch and supper so you get your metabolism goin. eat less fatty foods and lighter meals. if ur gonna snack have something healthy like fruit. dont eat after dinner. take walks.
