First off tell her the truth. It was her pet and she loved it and you should do her the courtesy of letting her knowwhat happened to her beloved pet. She will most likely dump you so be prepared.
Second you need help, anger management at the very least. That you could kick a living creature with enough force to kill it shows a serious problem with how you react to things that upset you. Suppose it had been a baby that peed on your shirt? Would you throw it against the wall too? you do need to get some help because youare not concerned with what you did only with how you might be able to get over. That shows no conscious and no remorse and that shows a serious lack when it comes to the human factor. To call you an animal would be a disservice to this poor dead dog. Please get the help you need before you violent behaviour is translated to humans

First things first: buy a new shirt. Hopefully you'll be able to find a suitable substitute. Second, buy her a new dog, the cutest dog you could find, and then tell her the dead dog ran away.
Finally, ask her if she likes your new shirt.

First of all you should have washed the shirt, then you should have spanked the dog then told your GF what happend, but as for waht to do, if she ever finds out what you did she'll leave you. So just tell her and hope she'll forgive you.

Its really ODD that you hated a DOG, since you acted so much like one. DId you feel like you were in compitition with it?? ITS a dog, why would you hate it?? Did it say something that offended you?!!
