New Zealand! Even though I'm not from there. It's so pristine and clean.

I wish I could tell...! To me, most of the countries are nice to go there for vacation. Only Japan I would say is convenient and modern that I would like to live there for a few years after I retired. I like the food, people are polite, the country is safe, clean & developed.
There are only 2 countries / races which I know better than other. I'm a Chinese, was born and brought up in Hong Kong, so the first one is China. I lived in Tokyo for a few years, so Japan is the second one.
When compare with Japan and China, I would say I like Japan more but I don't think Japan is the best on this planet. I have spent quite sometime in Seattle, Hawaii, Vancouver, London, Manchester and have been to many big cities in Europe and Asia for vacations / business, but I still prefer to stay in Hong Kong. Certainly, Hong Kong is not the best but I have my root here.
I guess ..there is no the best, I'm free and happy to go to anywhere to explore the goods and bads.

I am very proud to be an American but there are so many different types of people (probably due largely to the fact that there are so many regions besides each person being different anyway) that it's hard to say I love the American people specifically. I love people in general anyway. I love Germany, too. However, I am in love with England and it's people. The ones I've met were so friendly and warm that I would just melt.

I like the U.S. the best overall. I just don't like the way greedy corporations have corrupted our country.. I love what the U.S. is supposed to stand for. I love our rich history and how we TRY to right our wrongs and do the right thing.. I love the generosity of my fellow citizens, but I hate the way the wealthier among us have 'tarnished' our oversea reputations.. 'Americans' are generally good people, unfortunately the world rarely gets to see the average everyday 'American'. They just get to 'experience' the rich jerks who can afford to travel, while the rest of us are left at home working for those same rich people... ~sad

I haven't travelled much yet. The only places I've been to are St. Thomas and St. Maarten. I found both islands beautiful and the people are very friendly too, especially in St. Maarten. They call St. Maarten 'The Friendly Island' and it really is true.
Both places were wonderful. I'd love to go back.

If you took away the politicians and extremists, most countries would be fantastic. I'm obviously excluding America as they are over opinionated, paranoid, vulgar, have no history, and are the only country to have ever used atomic weapons against people which makes their excuse for recent invasions seem rather hypocritical.

The Philippines, of course! its my native land. Regardless of what is happening around us politically, socially, economically, it is still a great country worth dying for.
Filipinos are known for their hospitality. Practically, they are kind, friendly, courageous and brave. You can always find a friend in a filipino.

Wales,I like the pace of life in the mountains and the people there are lovely-I recently went to a spit roast party for 100 people in the heart of Wales-the people there work hard, play hard and realise how lucky they are being out of a city. I live in Bristol and am fed up with the polution, roadworks and people carriers jamming up the roads.
